1-day Trust-Based Leadership Horsepower Registration
π€ Trust isn't soft — it's a competitive advantage. Research shows people at high-trust organizations report 50% higher productivity, 76% higher engagement, and 40% less burnout. And organizations that lead with trust outperform low-trust counterparts in total shareholder return, collaboration, and innovation.
Join us October 9 at CSU Spur Equestrian Center (Fort Collins, CO) for Unleash Your Strengths-Enabled Trust-Based Leadership Horsepower! — a one-day, experiential workshop for managers, executives, sales professionals, and high-potential leaders who want to build deeper, more trusted relationships — internally and externally.
π΄ WHY EXPERIENTIAL — AND WHY HORSES? Experiential learning increases retention by up to 90% over traditional training. Horses operate on trust — they cannot be fooled, persuaded, or managed into compliance. Working with them reveals, in real time, whether your leadership behaviors actually build or erode trust. It's a learning experience no role-play scenario alone can replicate.
π‘ WHAT YOU'LL GAIN Grounded in David Maister's Trust Equation (Credibility + Reliability + Intimacy ÷ Self-Orientation), this workshop goes a step further: you'll learn to apply the Trust Equation in a way that is authentically you — using your own strengths as the vehicle. This makes trust-building less about scripted phrases and more about showing up in ways that are genuine, consistent, and uniquely yours.
During the workshop, you will:
• Explore the four components of the Trust Equation through equine-assisted activities
• Learn how to build trust both internally (teams, managers, executives) and externally (clients, prospects)
• Practice real-world trust scenarios through guided role-play
• Apply your CliftonStrengths® results to make trust-building authentically your own
• Leave with a concrete action plan for a real at-work or at-home trust challenge
Note: A CliftonStrengths® assessment is required prior to this workshop. Attendees of Day 1 (Oct. 8 Strengths workshop) will arrive fully prepared. First-time attendees may complete the assessment in advance — codes provided upon registration.
